In a contracted role for Metro Digs, I helped the local real estate group update its designed materials while preparing for a merger with the real estate franchise NextHome.

Work on the Webflow based site included the requirement for color theming to be in line with NextHome's brand color palette.

This graphic shows various navigation components I created for the desktop and mobile versions of the Metro Digs website. The client needed changes made to the navigation options as well as fixes for the navigation type styles, button links, and alignment on the mobile navigation. I also added the newly required combined franchise logo.

Required updates to the original home page design included swapping in a new photograph, and updating the color theming to match the NextHome brand color palette.

Shown above are key iterations from my logo design process. The client had requirements from NextHome (the company with which Metro Digs had an ongoing merger) that included appending "group" to the franchise logo. One requirement from the client was to change the previous logo as little as possible.

The existing Metro Digs brand system included three logo versions. At the direction of the client, I created three new logos which included the word "group" with little visual impact to the existing logos. NextHome also eventually required that we use their brand color palette for the mark and lettering.
